3 Baked Potatoes, cooled, peeled, diced 1"
1/2 Medium Onion, small dice
1 # Bulk Breakfast Sausage
2 Cups Heavy Cream
STEPS
1. Onions and Sausage into 12" Pan over Med/Hi heat. Brown and break up sausage meat.
2. To this add diced potatoes and cook for additional 2 minutes, cover potatoes in sausage grease.
3. Add Cream, cook until cream reduces to a sauce consistency
